Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • Item must be unused or in like-new condition

  • Must include all original packaging, parts, and accessories

  • A Return Authorization (RA) must be approved before shipping back

  • Return must be received within 10 days of RA approval

Returns not meeting these requirements may receive a partial refund or be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used liquid products (ex: Turf Animal)

  • Used broom heads or brushes

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Final-sale/clearance items

Shipping & Fees

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged

  • Original shipping is non-refundable

  • Returns requiring repackaging or showing light use may incur a 15% restocking fee

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours with photos/videos so we can help. Damage claims after 72 hours cannot be honored.

How to Start a Return

Email us at ThePros@turfproductsolutions.com with your order number and photos. We’ll issue an RA and instructions.
