Turf Product Solutions – Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty

Thank you for choosing the Turf Power Sweep. We stand behind the quality of our equipment. Please read this Limited Warranty carefully, as it outlines coverage and requirements.


Warranty Coverage

Commercial Use Machines

6-Month Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use for 6 months from the date of delivery.

Residential Use Machines

1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for 12 months from the date of delivery.


Warranty Activation (Required)

To activate this warranty, customers must:

  • Complete and return the Warranty Registration Card within 7 days of receiving the product,
    OR

  • Register online using the provided link within 7 days.

Unregistered products are not eligible for warranty coverage.


What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturer defects only, including:

  • Defects in materials

  • Defects in workmanship

  • Motor defects not caused by misuse

  • Battery/charger defects not caused by improper use

  • Structural failures due to manufacturing issues

Repairs or replacements will be provided at our discretion.


What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (bristles, wheels, belts, brushes, etc.)

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, drops, or impact

  • Damage from improper cleaning, storage, or maintenance

  • Water intrusion due to improper handling

  • Damage caused by using non-approved chemicals or solvents

  • Damage caused by using non-Turf Product Solutions batteries or chargers

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance

  • Commercial use of a residential machine

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Loss, theft, or shipping damage

  • Damage from using the machine outside manufacturer-recommended settings


Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a claim, customer must provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Completed warranty registration

  • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue

  • Serial number of the machine

  • Description of how the machine was being used when the issue occurred

Failure to provide this information may delay or void the claim.


Warranty Remedies

If a defect is confirmed, Turf Product Solutions will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the item

  • Replace the defective part

  • Replace the machine with a refurbished or new unit

Customer may be responsible for shipping the product to our service center. Replacement parts or units do not reset or extend the original warranty period.


Void of Warranty

Warranty becomes void if:

  • Product is not registered within 7 days of delivery

  • Machine is used for commercial purposes but purchased as residential

  • Machine is used in a manner inconsistent with instructions

  • Serial number is removed or altered

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications have been performed


How to File a Warranty Claim

  • Order number

  • Warranty registration confirmation

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • Serial number

  • Description of the problem

A representative will review and provide instructions.
