Thank you for shopping with Turf Product Solutions. We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery expectations.


Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, trade shows, or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We currently ship throughout the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) via major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing, depending on location and carrier service.

Heavy or Oversized Items: Products such as the Turf Power Sweep or pallet quantities of TopDog Infill may ship via freight carriers. Freight deliveries require curbside drop-off and may take 7–14 business days depending on region.


Free Shipping Offers

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Unless otherwise stated, free shipping applies only to the contiguous U.S. and excludes bulk, freight, or palletized shipments.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

Damages or Missing Packages

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

We’ll work quickly to replace damaged items or assist you in filing a carrier claim.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping outside the United States. For wholesale or export inquiries, please contact our sales team at thepros@turfproductsolutions.com.


Order Changes or Address Errors

We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please double-check all details before submitting your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute it.
